I’ve been in a sentimental mood lately. Well maybe it’s denial. Somehow my 7 year old sprang like a weed and is well on his way to sporting his own set of man feet. And almost…almost gone are the days of snuggling. I’m a little freaked out by the thought and I’m in full panic mode to get some pictures of me with my boys while they are still young and snuggly. The days of the teenage boy funk are not that far away.

So here’s some images of another mama. Because these are the moments that are completely fleeting. That I don’t want to let go of. And I know she doesn’t either. But my favorite story from this sweet homeschooled boy came as I was asking him if he liked having his mom as a teacher. He looked up at his mom, hugged her tight and said, “She’s the best teacher and mom in the whole world!” And my heart melted into a bajillion pieces. <3 <3 Can you guess which image was taken during that conversation?
